Never in my life have ever felt so empowered. This AI revolution has absolutely blown open the doors of what is possible as an individual. The closest experience I've had to this in the past is when I first got hired at Google I realized as a software engineer there is a domain expert in a project and literally any field I would be interested in. And there were resources available to help me pursue it. I was bounded by literally my own motive. Patient and aspiration. AI has brought that same concept of boundless empowerment into an entirely new realm and provided it to all. with Starlink being able to provide connectivity to all individuals across the globe, including those in repressive environments like India or Iran, combined with AI being able to provide insane levels of intelligence and guidance, entire world is a breeding ground for massive societal steps forward and progress.
The concept of a single individual business spawning out of the ground, solving a problem and earning $1 billion will start to occur more and more and more over the next couple decades.
Similar to how when telescopes of adequate power became commoditized and mass-produced, individuals from all over the globe simply had to point their telescope in the right direction to find a star or any celestial object that had never been found before, and to be the discoverer of this, so too will the globe be empowered by AI. I have this angst of being behind the times and all the celestial objects being claimed and missing the gold rush, missing this frontier of revolution.
